L\u2019objectif est d\u2019ouvrir les bonnes pratiques de ce projet pilote \u00e0 toutes les entreprises du secteur \u00e0 un stade ult\u00e9rieur, en faisant subventionner les formations sur le travail faisable par le fonds sectoriel.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p><p>Entre-temps, OpFo100 a fix\u00e9 le budget et les crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection pour maximum de 10.000 \u20ac par employeur, \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer sur une p\u00e9riode de 2 ans, pour un maximum de 5 entreprises\u00a0;<\/li><li>Ce budget sera utilis\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re responsable. Il peut s\u2019agir de la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une mesure ou d\u2019un scan, ET\/OU d\u2019un accompagnement et de conseils (consulting sur le th\u00e8me de la politique, conseils strat\u00e9giques, etc.), ET\/OU d\u2019activit\u00e9s d\u2019am\u00e9lioration (coaching, formation, actions, etc.).
